Itka's Treatments

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets long-term muscular tension caused by stress, posture or injury. Uses neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue release and trigger point therapy to treat knots, trapped nerves and chronic pain.

Effective for sciatica, RSI, lower back pain, rotator cuff issues and more. Supports full-body relaxation, and can be adjusted to soley focus on the neck, shoulders and back.

Sports Massage

A focused treatment for injury recovery and physical performance. Sports Massage uses  similar techniques as Deep Tissue, with added attention to specific problem areas.

Ideal for anyone who exercises regularly. Supports healing from hamstring problems, hip issues, sciatica and rotator cuff injuries.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

A gentle yet profoundly effective therapy working directly with your nervous system relieving stress, pain and overwhelm. CST supports your body’s natural self-healing and helps bring your entire system back into balance.

Craniosacral Therapy may help with anxiety, migraines, TMJ, whiplash, digestive issues, menstrual problems, long Covid, speech difficulties, insomnia, and emotional clarity. It calms the fight-or-flight response and activates your body’s rest-and-repair mode to promote self-healing.

Somato Emotional Release (SER)

A unique blend of bodywork and talking therapy,  SER helps release stored trauma, suppressed emotion and stuck energy from both body and mind. It draws on Gestalt, Psychosynthesis and IFS to support deep emotional healing and personal insight.

SER can bring clarity to life situations, ease relationship and family tension, and support spiritual or internal conflict resolution.

Reiki

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle  Japanese energy healing system. Reiki works on the energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual body to bring balance and calm.

It may support stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and emotional overwhelm. Reiki is often used alongside or after cancer treatment and can help you connect with deeper parts of yourself.

Reflexology

This therapeutic foot treatment applies pressure to specific points that correspond to different organs and systems in the body; applying pressure, stimulates nerve endings, believed to benefit the corresponding body part or system. Reflexology encourages relaxation, supports healing and helps restore overall balance.

Reflexology may help with stress, anxiety, insomnia and general wellbeing. It’s deeply calming and can bring relief to a wide range of physical and emotional issues.

Indian Head Massage

Rooted in the Ayurvedic healing system, this massage focuses on the shoulders, neck, head and face using specific pressure points and techniques.

It’s especially helpful for stress, headaches, migraines, sinus issues and eye strain. Indian Head Massage also supports lymphatic drainage and can boost scalp circulation and potential hair growth.

Pregnancy Massage

A nurturing treatment tailored to your changing body. Uses lighter, soothing strokes to relieve physical aches, reduce swelling and support digestion, breathing and sleep.

Pregnancy Massage offers emotional comfort and grounding touch during a time of great change. Pregnancy Massage is safe from 12 weeks onward.

Many women find it  can help to relieve stress and anxiety, ease tightness in the shoulders, back, hips, and lower back.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a fully clothed, oil-free treatment performed in a specially designed massage chair, focusing on pressure points in the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and back. Using skilled hands, forearms, and elbows, this non-invasive technique is based on principles of acupressure and traditional Chinese medicine, aimed at releasing tension, relieving muscle pain, and revitalising energy.

Can be done as 30 minute or full hour massage, or shorter 10,15 or 20 minute sessions at workplace, parties or other social events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not sure which treatment is right for you?

What is the best treatment for me?

Before your first session, we’ll begin with a consultation to assess your current wellbeing and help work out exactly what you need.

For example, if you’re feeling tension in your neck or shoulders, a deep tissue massage or sports massage may be most helpful. For skeletal issues like slipped discs, TMJ problems or sacroiliac joint pain, or if you’re experiencing nervous system dysregulation, Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, effective option.

If you’re processing emotional challenges, navigating life changes, or looking for deeper healing, SomatoEmotional Release (SER) can help integrate both body and mind.

Still unsure? Just book the treatment that feels closest to what you need. We’ll talk it through and find what works best together.

What can Craniosacral therapy help with?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) can help with a wide range of concerns by working directly with the central nervous system, which influences every other system in the body. This includes the digestive, immune, cardiovascular, respiratory and skeletal systems.

CST may support both acute and chronic pain, migraines, TMJ (jaw) issues, whiplash, slipped discs, and nervous system conditions such as stroke, concussion and cerebral palsy. It can also assist with digestive and reproductive imbalances.

CST is particularly effective for stress and anxiety, as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system and supports deep regulation. It may also help process emotional challenges and unresolved trauma. In some cases, we combine bodywork with gentle verbal guidance through a practice called SomatoEmotional Release (SER).

Is it possible to combine therapies?

It is possible, and we'll tailor each treatment to your individual needs.

With over ten years of experience, I’ve observed that the greatest benefits usually come from focusing on one treatment during each session. This might be Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage or SomatoEmotional Release (SER).

We’ll talk everything through in your consultation and agree on the approach that feels most supportive for you.

About me

My name is Itka Andrlova, and I am a qualified Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist, Reiki Healer, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Therapist, with over 12 years of experience in somatic bodywork and yoga. I have a natural talent for healing and a strong therapeutic presence, allowing me to intuitively connect with clients and support them on a deep physical, emotional, and energetic level.

My journey in healing began with professional training in massage and CranioSacral therapy in Brighton, UK, where I earned multiple certificates and diplomas. Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge through advanced courses in CranioSacral therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, energy healing, shamanic practices, and meditation — constantly evolving my skills to offer the most effective and holistic support to my clients.

In 2012, I felt a strong calling to travel to India, sensing a need to transform not only my body but also my mind and soul. There, I discovered the profound power of yoga, meditation, and bodywork to heal physical ailments, release energy blockages, process trauma, sharpen awareness, and open doors to higher states of consciousness. Over the past decade, I have travelled extensively to India, Thailand, and South America, attending courses, teacher trainings, seminars, meditation retreats, and shamanic experiences, deepening my understanding of the human body, mind, and spirit.

During my first visit to India, I was gifted the name Itika by the local people — a Hindi name meaning “endless.” I immediately fell in love with it and chose it as the name for my practice.

My yoga training includes 500 hours of Tantrik Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, 650+ hours of Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hours of Ashtanga Yoga with Iyengar alignment Teacher Training, and an additional 35-hour Alignment Teacher Training.

Through my work and my ongoing personal and professional growth, I aim to guide and support others toward their ideal physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing — helping them feel balanced, revitalised, empowered, and aligned.
