The system of Yoga (asanas, pranyamas, mindfulness, meditation) can be a powerful tool for healing of not only physical ailments but also improve our emotional, mental and spiritual health. Firstly, I offer a consultation and an assessment of the client's concerns to understand the issues we will be focusing on in our session. The second part of the therapy is creating a Yoga Programme and presenting it to the client in a form of a 1 on 1 yoga lesson, meditation or a guidance. This can be a one off class or regular meetings. Yoga therapy has proved to help with post-injury rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, chronic pain, regulating hormonal imbalances, women's health, nervous system disorders, digestion, respiratory and circulatory problems, stress, anxiety, trauma and other mental health issues. I also offer spiritual guidance in the form of self-inquiry, forgiveness and compassion practices, direct pointing, exploring non-duality and other ways to suit each individual's needs, opening doors to healing and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world.
