1 to 1 YOGA SESSIONS
In these individual sessions I offer a thorough Yoga practice focusing on the client's needs. Together we learn to understand the client's body, its ability and restrictions. These classes are suitable for everyone, any age and physical ability. We address any issues you might have with your yoga practice, the correct alignment in each pose, how and why to efficiently use props or to give you some more intimate space if you are new to yoga and don't feel like attending group classes. Many beginners and experienced practitioners reported huge benefits from these sessions. Also please refer to Yoga therapy section for more clarification and how Yoga can be helpful as a therapy.
